FAQ's

1. How to place an order?

There are a few ways you can order from us. Place an order via the website, select pick up date, check out and send us a screenshot of payment via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. You can also order on IG or FB, Viber us at 09669467137 or place an order on the Grab app.

2. Can I order for same day pick up?

Yes we always have cakes/cookies/pastries on hand. For items like French Apple Pie, Cinnamon Rolls and Babka we need one day notice.

3. Do you deliver?

Yes we have our own rider and we also use third party couriers (Lalamove/Mr Speedy)

4. How far in advance should I place my order?

We always have cakes on hand but for items like French Apple Pie, Cinnamon Rolls and Babka please order atleast one day in advance.

5. Do you offer dine-in?

No dine-in at our Pasig store but please come visit our store to shop cakes, cookies and heat & eat.

6. Do you have gluten-free cakes or bread?

Yes! We bake gluten-free and dairy-free bread loaves, they are pre-sliced and frozen. We also have gluten-free Lady Fingers. For cakes, our Pistachio Sansrival, Canonigo and Triple X are gluten-free.

7. Do you have vegan items?

Only our sourdough is vegan since its made with just flour, water and salt

8. Do you make customized cakes for weddings or birthdays?

Yes we have made special cakes for small celebrations. We will do our best to accommodate your order but the base must be a cake flavor we already bake (ex. Chocolate Truffle or Limoncello) Please give us as much notice as possible.

9. Do you have a BPI QR code? 

 

 10. Are you open to supplying a cafe or restaurant?

Yes! We supply cafes and restaurants with cakes and bread around Manila. Please reach out to us at tildebakery@gmail.com
